After one month of my mobility open and I didn't get a new employer  to transfer my visa , please what will happen next

I said I resigned from my previous company and they open my mobility already,they gave me one month the transfer the visa otherwise my visa will be cancelled automatically, tomorrow will make it one month they open my mobility so I want to know what will happen after tomorrow,
