There might be a name issue . Because my work visa rejected twice and the same status was appearing expired employment visa. Let me know your full name .My agent told me there is name issue "hussain" in my surname.

I have already told you to speak to your employer but you persist in useless queries.  If you look at my other posts on the forum, especially the sticky, I have clearly explained that if that status appears when you have applied, it means a rejected work visa (doesn't matter what it says i.e. expired - this notification is pretty standard when a visa is rejected beyond a certain stage.  Depending on stage, one of two messages appear.  One is employment visa not valid and the other is expired employment visa - both mean the same thing for someone who has applied for a new visa i.e. rejection).   Don't compare with your friend as every case is assessed differently.  Once again, there is NOTHING you can do here or find out the reasons yourself - SPEAK TO YOUR EMPLOYER.

I have worked in KSA  and came back in final exit legally.

I have applied in Bahrain army through an agent before 15 years but never gone there and not submitted my passport. Just gave interview.

Now I have applied in a management post.

kindly guide me are these 3 situations can affect my new visa in any case..

None of these scenarios have any bearing on your situation re: visa issues.  As I said, there is no point in speculation as every case is different.  I can give you a list of potential reasons for rejection which I have seen but maybe none of these apply to you.............and after worrying and comparing, you speak to your employer and they tell you, oh it was rejected because of an issue with our CR or us not submitting the right documentation etc.   All in all, it will be a waste of your time and unncessary stress because you cannot find out the real reason - only your employer can (to an extent) and for sure, only your employer can fix it - if it can be fixed.
