Employment visa is not valid (CR is Expired and Deleted By Law)

Hi,

After CR deleted by law you will get visa validity 60days. If visa not valid you can do Re cancellation at NPRA through authorised clearing agent.(validity 30days )and transfer to another company or exit from Bahrain.

Can a person travel outside Bahrain and comeback within this 60 days and then transfer to another company or exit?

As long as the visa is valid you can come back, other part of your question is not clear

My Visa is now under "CR deleted by law". So the validity of my visa is only for next two months. The company is trying to revive the CR, but I need to travel to for some emergency and come back in a week. So Hopefully I will not have any problem while entering Bahrain. Thank you.

As long as your visa is valid you can exit or enter Bahrain, check your visa status on LMRA website.

If c.r was cancelled what will happen to employees under the visa  ? and can another employee make a  visa

You will need to find out if there is a violation in the CR. If there is no violation, then I guess the same rule applies: 30 grace days from the visa expiry/cancellation. The new employer must apply within the 30-day period; otherwise, you must exit the country.
