Vet Fees in Geneva

ShadowHunterJake

Hello all,

My dog has been having some issues with his teeth, and we took him to a clinic in Champel since they spoke english. They said he will need a sedated teeth cleaning, bloodwork and x-ray. They've quoted it as costing an eye watering 960 chf. Obviously I want my buddy to feel better, but I'm not sure that they vet is quoting me a good price. I saw a post on here that said that vets that cater to the expat community often overcharge, so can anyone give me a clue if I'm being overcharged, and if so, maybe where I could take him instead to get his care at a more affordable price?
