Hello,

My husband is a Dual citizen (Filipino/Swiss) and we got married here in PH in December 2023. After I got our PSA marriage certificate I submitted documents to the Embassy for our marriage recognition in Switzerland since September 2024 but unfortunately we didn't got any confirmation yet from the Swiss authorities that our marriage is already registered. May I ask if it's possible to apply for Switzerland Spouse Visa while our marriage registration is still in process? Thank you

We registered our marriage at the Austrian embassy. There was also no reaction from their side. However, it was possible to get the document on request in Austria at the registration office. They told me that you can also get it at the embassy.
