I would appreciate hearing form any US expats who have acquired a visa

My name is Cinzia. I am a US citizen from California and Texas. I have a visa appointment next week at the Spanish Consolate. I am applying for a one year visa. I hope to be in Spain by February 12 and I have signed a 6 month lease for a ouse in Alora.

I'm a little nervous about the visit to the Consolate as I don't know what to expect. I would appreciate hearing form any US expats who have acquired a visa to live in Sapin and your experience of the process.
