Help with residence registration

Hello, our family is moving to Palermo this summer on an elective residence visa so will we need help registering with the local authorities? If so can anyone recommend an organization or company or person to help with that and health system as well as finding insurance?  (Or you might just say. “Piece of cake. If you speak decent Italian (as I do) you can do all that yourself”
