Geomatra, pescara, Abruzzo

SakoBear

Hi there everyone! I’ve just purchased some land in the abruzzo region and the people who sold me the land recommended a geometra who wants 15,000 euros for the plans and to get the planning permission past the abruzzo council and the local municipality!! Does anyone know of a geometra who’s not trying to rip people off with his ideas of wanting a percentage of the houses future value!! Thanks in advance

How did you buy and pay the land?

With or without a geometra and/or a notary?

Ciao

It depends on what you are planning to build - but the building permit costs a percentage of the overall cost of the build, so it could well be about right.  Ask the geometra for a break down of costs - a fair amount of them will be oneri/permissions.  Its not just the council, there's the genio civile, the sovrintendenza (probably) as well as the comune.  You need a engineer to work out the plans for structural integrity, a geologo to test the land, a calcolista to produce the drawings,  etc etc etc.
