Hello!

I am a bit confused about permesso di soggiorno webpage. I applied to renew my permesso 1 month ago and they said that they will send me a message in 40 days when the card is ready. Time to time I was checking the online system to see the situation and it was saying "in progress" and later "in discussion". Today I checked it and it gives this message "Il documento di soggiorno non è presente in archivio./ This residence permit is not present in the archive." Is it a normal message when they give before sending message or should I just go to questura and check if everything is alright?

hi am having the same situation as you wanted to know what was the out of your problem but am also confused ,it says my permesso di soggiorno not in archive
