No, actually I'm stateless, but I have an official, legal, and renewable passport from Kuwait.

Depends on your visa. Residence visa, or work visas, yes you can work. Student visas normally do not permit working unless such work is related to your studies.

You might find you can do part time work of a limited number of hours while studying. Full time work, I'd say it's unlikely you can work permanently.

Please: exclude tuition fees.

Here are some things about me: I'm not a smoker, not a drinker, not going for night club or such things.
My favorite hoppies are; book reading, going to museums, walking and sometimes watching football.

If I know something, I can be loquacious. Else, silence is golden. I have not been a University student for 20 years (and never in Hungary), and we own our home -- so could not provide much helpful advise on those topics. Till others reply, fluffy2560 gave good advice above.
