Plumber/ electrician in Nice recommendations

Hi everyone,
I am wondering if any of you could recommend me a good plumber/ electrician in Nice(near the train station) that is foreigners' friendly and ideally who speaks some English but that is obviously not a must
I was recently ripped-off by a company and I'd like to avoid facing this again in case of an emergency so I thought it would be easier to ask for recommendations from other expats living in Nice.
