Looking to relocate to Lyon France in two years. Husband will have duel DE citizenship/US citizenship and we are seriously considering Lyon. Wanted to get some insight into the process of moving, and thoughts on the city. We like the area geographically. How is the area for expats? What are the neighborhoods like? We are very well traveled but have never lived outside the US before.
