I suppose the first thing is for you and Alan to contact any family you have back in Stoke in the hope they can send packages over to you - If that isn't practical and there's no help from local authorities in your area, perhaps temporary repatriation is in order.

Other than that, perhaps the local police can help. The worst that can happen is a waste of a telephone call so it has to be worth a try.
Same goes for anyone else you can find a number for.

Maybe if you try calling your local council, I am sure that they have some measures in place for people you in this situation.

The town hall appears to be closed down at the moment but there might be emergency contact numbers.
The area is very rural so neighbours may be a fair walk away.

Ours still have people in the office to take answer emails and phone calls, might be the same there?

I will try and get in contact with my aunt that lives in France and see if there are helpline numbers in the area.
