Query regarding Job offer

Dear All,

I am currently working  in Belgium since last year and i am in touch with one consultancy,which is ready to offer me a single work permit for 3 years but when I ask about to share me the salary structure with offer letter, they say single permit contract will be your offer letter which will have salary ,leaves and all other details in it.This consultancy will hire me and deploy me to some firm as a contractor if someone has any information regarding the job change process in Belgium any leads will really be appreciated.

I asked them for a week time to make my decision.

You shouldn't  accept any offer letter without seeing the contract. That's what I'd say.
