Belgian Job Market for Supply Chain Professionals non-EEA

fnu09

I have recently moved to Belgium(non-EEA) and have started job search which is quite painstaking.

I have a bachelor in Civil Engineering and 10 years of experince working in a multinational company in supply chain management (logistics, supply planning, procurement, warehouse management).

I was at mid-senior to senior level when I left my home country. Alot of jobs require a masters and/or have dutch requirments.

Upon searching, there aren't many options of supply chain management programs.

Is a masters really important with this experience to get a job and how important it is to learn the language?

And if masters is important, which programs or institutes are worth to go for without having to pay high tuition fees?

Or is it better to get APICS certifications?

Insights from people with similar experience or knowledge are welcome.
