Traveler health insurance

Monpom

Hello,

I'm American citizen and  got married to Belgian citizen and moving to Belgium. I was told that I need to enter the country with traveler's health insurance.  Any suggestions of inexpensive plans?  How many months will I need it?  Whats a fair prize to pay for it?  I've seem some that ar $200 and others that are $1700.  Are there any that are month to month?

Thanks.!

You should get a travel and medical insurance that is accredited by schengen countries, and get the number of days that will cover your visa validity

@Monpom not sure what are the schengen accredited insurance companies there in the US, as I am replying from Philippines, so there's definitely a difference :)

You can check google or call the visa processing center there in your country, I'm sure they can help
