I want to buy some cars and start a taxi company in Santo Domingo. Looking for someone that can give me advice on any steps to getting there.

Unless you are a Dominican and a part of the transportation Union (strongest union here) your chances of getting this done is ZERO. The chances of you starting up and surviving (i mean with your life) is almost ZERO.
