There is a Russian guy advertising on Facebbook forum, Expats in Vung Tau. Post a question on there and somebody will know.

I suggest the physical therapy department at the Russian Hospital on Pasteur Street. I had a herniated disk in Taiwan and what saved me was pelvic traction. You will need a Vietnamese interpreter to help you getting signed in and to get an apartment.
