How to Enter the Philippines

My boss who's an Australian National living in Korea really wants to go here in the Philippines right now due to some business reasons but his business is registered in Australia. I'm wondering if any of you know a way that he can get a visa to enter right now

Beside whats wrtten elsewhere about changing to let in tourits.

There WAS a possibilty to get in rathe easy by SIRV (="Investors Visa") but it CLOSED when it came a tougjher mutation. I BELIEVE it isnt reopened.

There is/was a TINY possibility to get in by apply refering to special situation. I dont know if its open after the English mutation.
