Retiring in Clark SEZ/CFZ

Nazz Nazz

Hi All,

Am considering retirement in Clark SEZ with my spouse. What are some things we should be aware of that we would not otherwise notice as tourists? We will be traveling there early next year for a proper look-see and recce.

What are some of the nicer areas to live in Clark SEZ please? We will be playing a lot of golf so living close to one would be ideal though not a must. We would prefer to be in a secure gated community with a proper guard post. Also, the plan is for us to have our own cars.

Do the supermarkets there have imported products?

Are the hospitals there world class?

Thanksmuch in advance.

Hi, I am living in Boracay and the golf course is next to me. The estate is from Megaworld with security, ambulance, free bus and gardeners. A condo unit here is 7M Pesos and up. Many people who are living here play golf. International food is in one store on the island. Better equipped hospitals are in Manila or Cebu.
