The nominations are confirming who  the senate uniparty demo-republicans are. In the new term, it is essential to CONFIRM whom you can trust and who will betray you. When it comes to the US Congress, allegations of sexual misconduct are the height of hypocrisy. At some point I would welcome somebody so-accused during senate confirmation demanding a release of the OOC data  indicating all congressman for whom government payouts were made to settle claims of harassment victims.

The Office of Compliance at one time released information indicating that it has paid victims more than $17 million since its creation in the 1990s. That includes all settlements, not just related to sexual harassment, but also discrimination and other cases.

It is not a conviction until the judge declares it a conviction during sentencing which hasn't happened yet and probably will not happen until after his term or perhaps never. But you know the US legal system is being abused, you know it,  it is weaponizef in committing lawfare against Trump and although this in principle goes against the democratic principles liberals claim to cherish  it is OK to persecute Trump due to TDS.
