French chef moving to KL - looking for Sous-Chef job

Hi everyone,

I am a French chef relocating to Kuala Lumpur (arriving mid-December), and I am looking for a Sous-Chef / Junior Sous Chef / Senior Chef de Partie position in KL, Petaling Jaya or nearby areas.

My profile:

1. 6+ years of professional kitchen experience in France and Canada
2. Head Chef in Corsica (2018-2020) and Sous-Chef in France and Canada
3. CAP Cuisine (French culinary diploma), HACCP trained
4. French & Western cuisine, kitchen management, team training, ordering and stock control, high-volume service
5. Fluent English, native French

I will need an Employment Pass, so I am looking for employers able to sponsor a work visa.

If you know a restaurant, hotel or chef in KL who is hiring, or if you have advice about finding kitchen work as a foreigner in Malaysia, I would be very grateful.
