Buying a house in fukuoka

Was just wondering how much it would cost to buy a 2LDK house in Fukuoka. Don't have to be in city center, out in suburb is alright. Its all good until the travelling time is not more than 30 minutes.

I am quite sure there are lots of expats with bountiful of information and I will be able to get information in no time.

not able to find any replies but yes i did a bit of research by myself and found out this website.
its pretty good.

how did your hunt go for a house in fukuoka? I will be moving there later this year and was looking for an idea of what the real estate market was. any links would be great
