I'm also trying to sell my house.  It's been almost 1 years & there hasn't been a deal.

Currently, to be honest, it is quite difficult to sell a house according to our expectations.  Most of the houses that people buy are priced below market price.

Note : pleace be careful when placing your ad.  There are many fraudsters who can act in your name.  So be more careful.  For example, don't post your home letter, hide your car number plate, etc.

@Fred : yes, but I think not all. I've posted my sales advertisements there several times.  Including computer repair services.  As in my notes, currently I can say that there are lots of fraudsters everywhere.  So we still have to be careful.  In fact, I often meet fraudsters on this site also.  ha ha..😁

Which city are you in? Where can I see a list of what you have to sell? Any bicycles, fitness equipment, camera gear, camera ring lights? Reclining chairs? I mean where can I see a list of what you want to sell? If you are in a different city than me, then I guess no point in having the list.
