ID card for foreigner

Greetings,

Thanks for adding me to the forum.

I'm in the process of gathering the documents required for the foreigner ID card, Carte d' Identite d'Etranger.

A written demand of authorization to settle down in Senegal must be addressed to the Minister of the Interior.

I was not able to find a template/model letter online.

Would anyone be kind enough to share her/his letter?
