can i marry in morocco if unemployed on benefits in uk?

Are you serious?  You can, but how are you paying for all the paper work?  Also if you not in adequate health to work how are you in adequate health to be running around Morocco trying to get married?  I am not even kidding it is a lot of back and forth running hear and there to get the paper work.  Plus you need to be able to pay for all the paper work in the UK and in Morocco required by the Moroccan government to get married.  The Moroccan government is not really going to care about your income, but the government in the UK will as I am pretty sure you need to be income requirements even there to sponsor someone if you do intent to sponsor your spouse.  Is your future husband in Morocco going to be supporting you once you get married?  If not why would you be planning on taking on a "dependent" when you are unemployed?  The key to the question is can  you afford to pay for all the paper work to get the marriage license in Morocco?  Are you planning  on sponsoring him?

I have the money needed for paperwork etc and to sponser him  my future husband also has a job lined up in the uk for him to start in a few months time and il be returning to work again in September .
i just needed to know if it would stop us being able to marry as I'm new to all of this 

I don't recall the Moroccan government really asking about my income/ unemployment as lost of Moroccan are housewives.  I know the Canadian embassy wanted to make sure I could prove I had the money to meet the criteria to sponsor him.  It was a lot of work to get stuff together to get the marriage act and the the stuff to sponsor him.  Good luck.  P.S.  You need to really emphasize that he will have a job lined up.  The embassies like hearing that stuff.

Do you realize you are going to be legally responsible for your husband for at least 5 years even if he enters then country and takes off once he enters the USA or splits once he gets his green card?
Do you also realize how much money and time it will cost you to actually Marry and sponsor him?
To you know him well enough and trust him well enough to make it worth it?
Moroccan, Chinese, Russian, American ... a man is a man there are bad and good ones in every town, city and country?  The difference is what really makes the one you want to marry worth all the effort?  What is is going to bring to the table.  Do you know him well enough to take these huge risks?

You would be able to marry but you won't get him to UK until you prove you are working and earn enough.Think you need to earn 18.500 a yr before you get them in x
