Embassy cancelled my appointment without my knowledge

Hello

I've received an email that my appointment has been cancelled at the consulate. I didn't ask for it to be cancelled. I tried to rebook but it cancelled again. Has anyone experienced this? What can I do?

I called the embassy

I had made two appointments one month apart and they told me that due to high demand for appointments they are cancelling duplicates.

So I guess some may say its fair but in certain circumstances it's helpful to have two.

Inchaalah my appointment will be attended.

They cancelled my one and only appointment for 14th May.

I have my flights booked and documents ready.

What am I supposed to do?

Can someone help me?

They cancelled 3 of them for me so far not sure why. i called them today they said they don’t know the reason and i had one appointment which was for the 29th of april the lady in the embassy said dont worry we wont cancel and then few hours after the call they cancelled 🤬
