Short-term accommodation around Grand Baie/ Trou aux Biches?
Hello dear expats,
I am a german medical student going to work at the SSRN hospital for 8 weeks from November to January. Now I am trying to find a secure and self-contained apartment within that area preferably with a close bus stop.
As I am going to be there on my own, I would love to have the possibility to connect with other exchange students or expats. Is there maybe any kind of living complex (like a shared villa) or a particular (touristy?) area where it's easy to get in touch with these other people?
Also I already came across lots of advertisements from different agencies- are there any trustworthy or should I rather stay away from those?
I would appreciate every advice!
