Looking for Short Term accommodation In Grand Bay/Pereybere

I am looking for a rental, initially for short term use - e.g on a month to month basis. My partner and I are in the process of applying for Occupational Permits, however, this is taking some time to be fully approved. We are currently house sitting in Mauritius so are available to view any properties. We would like to rent somewhere in Grand Bay or Pereybere area. Once our visa is approved we can then extend our rental agreement to long term. Does anyone have anything available on a month - month ongoing basis? Our budget at the moment is around Rs14,000 - Rs16,000 negotiable. Thanks in advance.

Shouldn't it be that when they are going to approve your visa they also expect that the place of residence you have provided should be your place of residence for the period of your stay in the country? @everyone who works at the PMO should kindly answer this question. THANKS IN ADVANCE
