Looking for Studio for Rent in Blue Bay Mauritius

I am currently looking for a studio apartment to rent in Blue Bay. Quick context, i moved back in mauritius after 3 years in Australia and been used to live independently. I realised that my heart and home will be always Mauritius, the vibe, the sun, beach etc I started my life again and I am looking to deal strictly with direct owners to avoid agency fees and brokers.Here are my requirements:

Location: Blue Bay

Property Type: 1 Bedroom furnished studio apartment for 2 people cause my boyfriend will also come later.

Duration: Long-term rental-  Starting October 2026.

Budget: Rs12k -Rs15k

Pet friendly if possible.
