Hire a car and driver

Howdy Howdy.. Heading to Abidjan on Tuesday for a few days to scope the place out for some potential business dealings. Lived in ASIA for a very long time - wondering if you can hire a car and driver same as Asia? Any recommendations would be appreciated

From Wednesday 7 June to 11 June, I require a car and driver to take me to some business meetings and locations around Abidjan.  Would prefer a professionally kept car (or rental), with a driver that speaks English and French.
