When you got any offer from Lubumbashi, Please confirm everything from company.

Salary is good because most of companies are offers net saving salary.

Other perks extra provided by company. ( Transportation, Medical, Visa, Air Ticket, food allowance,  Accommodation).

Which company you have offer ?, I have checked here and inform you.
Currently since last 5 years I have been Congo. Lubumbashi is very safe and Many expat here working.
