Kolwezi (Congo) is safe for Expatriates to Work?

Hello,

My Name is Mohammad Faizi from India.I have job offer for Site Manager/foreman with USD 3500 Salary from New Baron & Leveque International Company Lubumbashi for Kolwezi Site.
Could any body tell me that the Kolwezi (Congo) is safe for Expatriates to Work.

Iam currently looking for a job in DRC preferably kolowezi,I have worked for FMI projects last at TFM mine in fungurume,
I can work as a foreman for you, Iam a good in concrete and materials testing I have also studied civil engineering which makes any task in projects easier for me,I have I working Permit for DRC which will expire in 2014
Iam currently in SOuth Africa which is my home country
Can you please find something for me.
