I recommend you this website : cfce.cm, you will get all necessary information about business registration.

For the office accomodation, i recommend you this website : koutchoumi.com... but you have to visit those office before any decision. Generally the spaces are not furnished so you will have to buy everything to furnish the space.

About Recuitment procedure, i can work with you in that way since i am graduate in Human Resources Management and i took part from the beginning till the end of the procedure recruitment of candidate for the benefit of the "Cabinet Conseil Siloé" in Yaoundé.
