Any suggestions on hiring an interpreter for a few days?

How would one go about hiring a bilingual person for a few days, to tour around Asuncion and show the local ropes? Basic necessities. Setting up phone service, finding apartment, shopping, basic dos and don'ts, parts of town, where to find things (office supplies, tools, electronics), etiquette, etc... I think hiring a local  would help integrate quicker and better, rather than do trial-n-error.

There are a few sites with interpreters, such as Freelancer and Upwork but I've found them to be digital nomads doing online translations, rather than locals doing in-person work. Any suggestions?
