Drivers license with out having cedula in honduras

Hello!

So I am wondering is it possible to get a drivers license here in Honduras while you don't have a residency or a local cedula. i am a foreigner and in the process of getting permiso de permanencia in honduras but not sure when that will happen. so perhaps if anyone can help me out it would be very appreciated.

Not legally, no. You must have a residency to apply for your Honduras DL.

The usa driver licence is ok. Have driven for 2 years without problems
