Hi guys,
I'm moving to Vienna and I'm thinking of buying an apartment in a new building (Neubau). I've found some interesting projects listed on websites like buwog.at, but I'm wondering if the prices listed for such projects are fixed or negotiable. If negotiable, what is a realistic price for a property listed at €480.000?
Also, is it possible to get mortgage in Austria when you are a foreigner? I'm currently living in Norway.
