Birth certificate issue

Hello All

I am applying a dependent visa for Belgium but my birth certificate does not have my name on it. Or the birth certificate is name less but it has my parents details and place of birth as well as date of birth.

Will it be valid for processing my visa application.

Has anybody experienced this and received visa?

A birth certificate is still a certificate issued by a country.
Belgium has nothing to say about it, only your country.

But the embassy can ask you to provide further details/documents in that case.
So send a copy by mail to the embassy + ID card/passport and ask them if it's enough or not.

There is a procedure to add name in your birth registration.

Yes, the consulate will not be happy to see a birth certificate without your name on it.

My birth place is MP and the MP Govt does not allow yet to include the name on birth certificate if you are older that 15 years

So now I can not get my name printed on it

Is there any other way?

Also I have got it legalized
