Hi.
I am a kenyan and my husband is a non Kenyan. We got married 12 years back.
We are residing in Kenya for last 8 years. We got married 12 years back.
He has a work permit.
Can my husband get citizenship?
Kindly advice.

Hello and welcome on our forum,

I do not know the Kenyan legislation but it is a question that I would rather ask the local authorities in order to have an official answer. Instead of posting it on a simple forum

After 7 years of marriage he would have been eligible to apply, how long he has lived in Kenya is irrelevant.  I understand that it is a long process.

Somebody recently posted on here, who had been through the process and invited anyone interested to make contact.

Yes, your husband is eligible to apply.  As others have said, it is not a short process. His current country of citizenship may have its own rules about having multiple citizenships. He will have to check with them for that information.

One can apply online: https://fns.immigration.go.ke/

There is a brand new FB group for people interested in becoming Kenyans, or who have recently become Kenyans.  One can search for it there with terms like New Kenya Citizens.
