Has anyone had an issue of overstaying a visa by a very short time. I booked my return flight for three months from my entry but i was off by one day.
Do I go to Nyayo house to renew it?

@ayemadre visa extension used to be done online, I assume that with the new system it will be the same. it's free of charge :

What are the requirements
A dully filled, signed online application. You will print out the form at the end of the application for Visitor's pass extension. In case you want to reprint your application form, you can do so by going to "My Applications" section here
The original and copy of Visitor's pass
A copy of valid passport
You need to create an account with the https://fns.immigration.go.ke/account/
