How to live (migrate) in Belgium?

I am from Bangladesh and very much interested to live in Belgium. How can it possible. I am 34 years old having a family of 3 (wife and a kid). I am a graduate in English literature and working in a private company. Need help to make my dream come true. Thanks.

I am a drafting graduate and just finished also my 2D and 3D modelling of an autocad course..
i plan to live in Belgium since my future calling me in that place..i hope i can a better of chance to live real soon..
