Hi I am interested in renting (or buying at a reasonable price) a fully operational and licensed restaurant/coffee shop in cairo/giza which serves Shisha (Hookah).

well good luck but it will be better to open in cairo not giza i guess and it depends on ur budget

very strange that you ask that on this forum! I don't think that a lot of expats own a restaurant/coffeeshop.
