Hello!
I'm trying desperately to reach SEF -- Immigration. The phone number listed on their website is 808 202 653, but every time I try to call the number on Skype, it says "invalid number." I've also tried to call it using other apps and received the same message. I have successfully called other numbers in Lisbon but they are always something like 21 XXX XXXX. What am I doing wrong with the SEF number? I'm just completely stumped. Thanks for any help!
