Please suggest the cheapest and best medical / health insurance policy/package for individuals or family (3persons) with yearly premium/s in Bahrain.

Depends on the kind of coverage you want.

The cheapest policy which has absolutely crap coverage i.e. only in-patient, can be had for anywhere between 100-300 BD per individual depending on the provider. For a decent policy, factor in anywhere between 800 BD+ a year for family.
