Dear All/experts,
I want to know more about some facts,
• What about my employer has not IND recognized sponsor and still will be able to apply for Highly Skilled Migrants application?
please share your experience if any had.

Hi and welcome to the Forum.
Employers must be registered with the IND in order to use the Highly Skilled Migrant visa options; there are no circumstances where this would be allowed without registration.
