I found the Elsevier location in Istanbul but there was not an email address or phone number in Elsevier Site. The address is Elsevier

Istanbul, Turkey
If you live near this place, please go there and find the Phone number for me.

they dont accept it, that's why they dont put on web site. even though you call them, you cant reach the person in charge.
there are different types of contact forms on web site, you better fill one of those to let them contact you.
