HMC Waiting pool

Good day. I just wanted to vent out on what happended to me
I received the offer letter from HMC last Oct. 2018 for Physiotherapist as Waiting pool.I did every requirement.... Prometrics, Dataflow, Attestation, Credentials, etc.
I ask my agency about my deployment date. They said HMC will say the "go" signal for my deployment.
It already 11 months and still no deployment
My questions are: Does Waiting pool really waits this long? Is there still a chance for deployment? Tnx in advance
