Seems like an important topic, yet not one thread on it?

How are you guys dealing with this not-so-new regulation?

The TM30 Form requires landlords and accommodation owners to report the comings and goings of foreigners to an immigration office within 24 hours

This is indeed one major concern for expats in Thailand these days.

I had someone file the TM30 for me when they did my 90-day report recently. A TM30 receipt was stapled in my passport next to my 90 day report notice. The Leasing company didn't and wouldn't do it, so I signed up online and can now can file myself. Some people do it by mail while others do it in person. I prefer not going to CW immigration in Bangkok since it's so crowded.
