I lived in the US for 20 years. I am now retired in
Lyon. I am geting my pention. I do not how to file
my income tax report. Who to contact ? ect...

You'd file a 1040-C or Form 2063 before leaving the US to obtain your departure permit. From then on, you'd file form 1040NR (or 1040NR-EZ). You should be able to e-file with a service like H&R Block or Sprintax.
