I saw this forum helping alot of people & hope i will also get my answer.
i am from Pakistan & I have been offered a job as Backend Developer (programmer) in CyberJaya. My company has submitted application for Visa With Reference on 2nd August.
Can anyone help me estimated when i will be able to Collect Visa With reference ?

You Mean,your company applied for stage 1 ? if so,there are 2 ways to apply one is through ESD and Mdec.,normally it will take 5 to 7 days.

Through which mode they have applied your EP? ESD is faster than Mdec.

Dear [Krisideal], i have searched so far that their documentation requirement that i fulfilled are more similar to Mdec. & i have heard that it may take 2-3 months . is it true? please advice.
